Gingerbread House

Every year Scott's boss gives him an elaborate gingerbread house.  The first year, I saved it all month to look at, before letting the kids eat it after Christmas.  But by then it was rock hard, and no one wanted to eat it.  So since then, I let the kids eat it the same day we receive it.  They love getting to dig into it, tear it apart, and eat it all up.
