Sara and Savannah Choir

The school that my kids go to is an arts magnet school, so they get some fun extra opportunities to participate in the arts. One of those things is choir. Josh chose not to be in choir, but Sara and Savannah have been doing it and love it. A week and a half ago, we got to go to Sara's school music performance. It was all of the 1st and 2nd grade kids.

Last week Savannah went with her honor choir to the capitol building to sing. Scott went to watch and got some pictures for me. While they were singing, a man walked up behind Scott and asked, "Where are these kids from?". Scott turned to see Governor Otter standing there. He told him the kids were from Eagle Elementary, and the Governor stayed and listened for several songs.

This last week, Sara and Savannah's honor choirs had a combined concert. They both did wonderful.

It's been fun attending all these concerts and listening to Christmas music, but I think my three little boys are getting tired having to attend their sister's concerts. Great job Savannah and Sara!
