World of Color

We had a lot of people tell us that we couldn't miss "World of Color" while we were there. We tried to see it one night, but there wasn't a good place to stand where the kids could see it (after all, it was Christmas so we were competing with 50,000 other people who also wanted to see it). So we used their "buy food from us and we'll reserve you a seat" option. We looked into a sit down restaurant experience, but I couldn't stomach the $40 a person price tag. So we went with their bargain $16 packaged picnic lunches, and were given entrance into their standing room only section. (We used our free $200 gift card to buy the food, so I made myself feel better telling myself that instead of paying $100+ for pb&j sandwiches, it was really free.)

World of Color was definitely worth it. It was amazing. Sadly, Josh and Aaron slept clear through it and didn't see any of it, but Scott and I LOVED it. It was all done with lights and water--amazing!
