Cute Boys

Just some random cute pictures of my boys. One day Owen really wanted a bandaid, so I opened one for him. And where does he put it? Right in the middle of his forehead!

Later in the day--he was so tired, he just laid down on the floor and fell asleep.

Snow and Ice

I mentioned in my sledding post that we have since been dumped on by snow.  We've also had a cold snap come through and linger, so the snow is just hanging on.  One particular morning, it was only 2 degrees.  As I drove Nate to preschool, I couldn't wait to get back home and take pictures of the beautiful effect it had on all the trees.

Another Tooth

Aaron's other top tooth has been loose for weeks.  Scott tried to pull out Aaron's tooth out one night.  Aaron tried to be brave, but in the end, Aaron was too scared to let his Dad pull on it.

But, just two nights later, Aaron decided to let Scott try again. Scott barely touched the tooth, and out it came.

Those stubborn little baby teeth on the bottom middle are still hanging on. I love Aaron's cute toothless smile.

Snow

This winter has been pretty stingy on snow.  We finally got enough snow for the kids to play in on New Year's.  We have since been dumped on by multiple storms and have quite a bit of snow in our yard.  The kids even were out of school for a snow day this last week. But on this day (New Year's Day), this seemed like a lot of snow, so the kids made the most of it.  There wasn't quite enough to sled, so they took the snow shovel and shoveled all the snow around and dumped it on the hill for a sled run. 

New Year's

My parents came to celebrate New Year's with us.  Somehow I managed to only get away with this partial picture of my Mom with Aaron on her lap, so I don't have pictures to document their visit.  But the kids loved having them here and got some great play time in with them.  Scott and I took advantage of having babysitters here, and we went to see "Les Miserables" in the theater.  It was a great movie.  Here are some of the pictures I took of the kids during the week from Christmas till New Year's while they were all home from school.  Even though it's crazy with all 6 of them home all day, I much prefer that to when they are gone all day for school.  I'm already looking forward to summer vacation.
