I wanted to cry. I love Kate's long hair. But, since you can't glue hair back on, our only option was to cut it all. And it turned out absolutely darling. It's so much easier to brush short, and it fits her sassy personality. But, we've had lots and lots of talks since then about how you do NOT cut your own hair.
