Mouse Busters

One Saturday this Spring, Scott and I decided to try and clean up and organize the construction mess in our side yard.  As we started moving wood around, we discovered that we had a pair of very large mice living underneath.  The boys of course were fascinated, and set about to catch them. Once they caught them, they walked across the highway and let them go in a field by the river (instead of going with their original plan of feeding them to Carter's cat).

That evening, Scott and I left for our weekly date night/grocery shopping, and left Savannah in charge of the kids.  When we came home, we learned that while we were gone, the boys (and their friends) had come up with a genius business plan, had created signs, and had posted them all over the neighborhood.   You have to hand it to them for creativity!
