4th of July

The 4th of July is always such a fun holiday for our kids.  They love going to buy fireworks.  It's almost as much fun buying them as it is setting them off.  This year, Randy gave us a bucket full of fun 4th of July themed gifts to help us celebrate.  Kate loved the glasses.  So did Owen.

For the 4th, Mike and Jo, and Marc and Kenna came for a barbecue during the day.

Marc and Kenna stayed that evening for fireworks with us. I love fireworks in our cul de sac. All the neighbors gather at our end of the street, and we pool our fireworks, and set off a fantastic show.
