Joshua's 13th Birthday

We moved into our rental house the day before Joshua's birthday.  But our house was still ours for another week, so we went back to our empty house to celebrate Josh's birthday.

We first had dinner at the rental house.  Scott cooked a Spanish dinner.

After dinner, we headed over to our house.  The Joneses met us there with the cake (Shauna volunteered to make it for me, since we were in the middle of a move).

The Joneses went home after cake and ice cream, and we headed out to the backyard to open presents.  (We had no furniture inside to sit on, so we went out to sit on the steps of the deck.)
