Santa Breakfast

Every year the kids' elementary school puts on a Santa breakfast.  This year we had a few middle schoolers who didn't want to go, but I made them come.  We had Krispie Kreme donuts and visited with the big man in red.  Kate was a huge fan of the donuts, but not so fond of Santa.

 

Kate was happy to see Santa, as long as it was from a distance, and she was in her daddy's arms.

I'm pretty sure she ate about 4 donuts that morning.

 

Her friend Zoey was kind enough to share her candy cane with Kate.  

And then Kate was back to donuts.

As it was time to go, we let the kids go out to the play ground to play for a little bit.  It's hard to believe it's December with this gorgeous weather.
