Fire Station Open House

Every year our Eagle Fire Station does an open house.  Usually it occurs while Scott is in Alaska.  I've been brave and taken the kids by myself in past years, but it had been a while.  This year Scott's Alaska trips are falling later in the year, so he was home for this one.  The kids had a great time.  They got to watch firemen tear a car apart with the jaws of life, they got all the free cookies and hot dogs they could eat, and Kate brushed up on her truck driving skills.

Cousin Emma was with us, because she had spent the night to help celebrate Savannah's birthday.
