Flag Football (September 2016)

Flag football started in early September.  Owen got to join his brothers on the team this year, and he was so excited.

The first game had a bounce house for the kids to play in.  Kate loved that.

Josh missed the first game because he was on a scout campout, but these boys played awesome!

 

Sara Turns 12 (September 10, 2016)

Sara turned 12 on September 10th.  She got her ears pierced the day before (our present to her) and she had a friend party the day before too.  So her actual birthday we just celebrated as a family.

That evening we took Sara and Josh to a BSU football game.  Scott could only get 4 tickets, so it was just us and the two kids.  It was so much fun.  I think it was a very good couple of days celebrating Sara.  We love her so much and she is growing into such a beautiful young woman.

(We came home that night to the boys asleep in the living room.  They had a movie night, and none of them made it through the movie.)

Sara's 12th Birthday Party (September 9, 2016)

After getting her ears pierced, we came home and got ready for Sara's party.  We had an outdoor party in the back yard.  They played games then watched a movie on the trampoline once it got dark.

 

Sara Gets Pierced Ears (September 9, 2016)

Sara has been wanting her ears pierced for years now, and it almost killed her having to wait till she was 12.  But her birthday came and she finally was able to get her ears pierced.  We actually did it the day before her birthday, so technically she did get them before she turned 12, but it was close enough.  She was so brave.  She didn't even flinch when they did it.
